it doesn’t take much to be blinded by all the minor annoyances in life and oversee the beauty that’s been there all along.
tonight, we start fresh.
it’s always about those empty promises we make when we’re happy. ‘i won’t do it again’ or ‘i promise i’ll try harder next time’ sure sounds good but you’ve never changed. disappointed tonight.

i don’t need someone to share or even understand the stress that i go through. i just want someone who can cheer me up after a long day. someone who would check up on me when things are bad. someone who doesn’t take tomorrow for granted because sometimes, things do not get better.
i always believed that if i worked hard, stay focused and tried my best…things would work out. but my theory is being tested to the extreme and i’m running out of patience.
the only thing comforting me is maybe the idea that i can’t fall any lower than rock bottom.
